The position is an Economic Assistant for the U.S. Mission to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). The assistant will bring needed professional expertise and institutional memory on OECD’s governance to advance the Mission’s top goal: improving transparency and accountability in budget and management. He/she will leverage a deep knowledge base of OECD’s complex governance apparatus (including legal precedents, rules, and procedures) to advise Mission leadership and inform U.S. efforts. He/she will engage with OECD staff, foreign diplomats, Washington-based delegates, and high-level visitors.
